The enquiry is addressed to info@pixelforgestudio.co.uk and the email address you provide is used as the reply address. Resend processes information in accordance with its own applicable privacy practices. The website application does not store enquiry submissions in a separate database.

Enquiry information is handled through the email delivery process described above rather than being stored in a separate website database. Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to enquiries and meeting any applicable legal or administrative requirements. Exact retention periods can also depend on the systems used to handle the email.

PixelForge Studio does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website or deliver its services, such as Resend for email delivery and Vercel for hosting and analytics.
